I love the challenge of helping people achieve their goals and finding creative ways to make the whole process more successful and enjoyable. I have often been called "the Realtor's Realtor" chosen by other real estate professionals and company owners to sell their properties. I am a Vice President, and have been a top producer since joining Coldwell Banker as a Harvard University student. Real estate is as much about people and their dreams as it is about buildings and houses! As an agent who's an expert in the Brookline, Newton, Needham, Greater Boston and surrounding areas, I hope to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's an incredible market right now and the most important thing to keep in mind is that all real estate is LOCAL. You need someone who knows this area inside and can guide you on values, market activity and opportunities you may have! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home. My passion is to listen to your needs and understand what is most important to you in a home. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and understand the process from viewing the first home to taking ownership and beyond.

Sell a Home

When it's time to move, you need someone who will meet with you to understand your home - the neighborhood, the quality, the custom work you have done so that I can best present these to every buyer coming in. We extensively market and advertise your home, carefully show to prospective buyers, work with the buyers and their agents throughout the process (my job only begins once an offer is received!), negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can assist with everything you need, from start to close and help make sure you are comfortable and kept up-to-date on what is happening throughout the process.

Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
