Ideally, I like to spend a great deal of time before we start - learning about a buyer’s wants and needs, what makes a seller love their home (so we can convey that to potential buyer) and most of all, discussing the process - showings, offers, preapprovals, legal issues moving tips - and assembling your team so that when the process starts we - your team - are ready.
