For those who've been starting to ask yes, there still is a real estate market. We've seen sales in Brookline, Newton, Needham and surrounding towns (properties coming to market or being on market and having offers accepted).
I think we're lucky to live in the towns in which we are living. I know I'm lucky to have grown up here and to be having the chance to work in some of the most beautiful and desirable cities and towns in the country and to spend my days helping people find homes, manage sales, and invest in something solid and real for future.
Even in the past week, I'm seeing some multi-offer situations leading to over asking price offers, while in other cases buyers are having the chance to pause and think before they offer. Talking to strong lenders and a strong lawyer as early in the process as possible really makes the difference in making the process work. I'm here and happy to talk any time.
